Our facility can accommodate any size event with multiple party rooms, semi private, and private buyouts available. Youth and Adult Events with 8-20 guests can be booked using our convenient online interface. At Backalley Lanes VRcade we offer entertainment beyond the ordinary with our hi-tech bowling lanes, 4 player virtual reality arena, retro pinball alley, the latest in arcade competition games, and much more! Not only do we offer delicious food, a full-service bar, meeting rooms, and superior customer service; we also take care of the set up and clean up.

We love to partner with area businesses. Please call or text our event planners at (386) 388-7020 to book your company party or event You can also begin your request by emailing your desired date, time, group size, and budget at info@backalleylanes.com. Please allow 24-48 hours for email response. We are happy to provide various quotes for review but please note a 50% deposit is required to confirm your corporate event reservation 

We specialize in private parties and group events. We offer private event rooms for booked parties that can accommodate 10 to 60 attendees. For more information, please contact one of our event planners. We also offer or bowling area for semi-private rental.

The majority of events booked, take place during regular business hours 7 days a week and private party rooms are subject to availability. There are no restrictions on time of day except for semi private buy outs. Semi private buy outs are based on availability on select days. Please contact our event planner to book at (386) 388-7020. Requests for full venue buyouts will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

We have packages for kids and teens that include a combination of bowling, virtual reality, arcade play and food. Many packages even include a private party room. Many of our games give points that can be redeemed for cool prizes! Upgrades like additional lanes for parents and platter menus. For youth parties, a minimum of 8 guests will get the party started. For adult socials and corporate parties there is a minimum of 12 guests.

Our bowling area has projection screens above the lanes available for use with Apple TV and a Touchtunes digital jukebox with speakers in the bowling area and arcade. There is a second jukebox in the bar area perfect for happy hour gatherings. Our corporate party room has a conference table, HDMI cord, and a smart TV for presentations and meetings. Ask us about booking extra entertainment for ice breakers and team building activities. 

Yes! You may add or subtract guests to your headcount up to 5 days before your party, however we cannot guarantee bowling accommodations to your group size the day of. 

If you need to modify your reservation after booking, please contact us at info@backalleylanes.com or (386) 388-7020 and we'll do our best to accommodate your request. Usually it's no problem with proper notice.

We require a 50% deposit to book your party. The remaining balance is due at the start of your party upon arrival. Cash, credit, and debit are accepted for final payment. 

We recommend arriving 15 minutes before the scheduled start time to get checked in. If additional time is needed to decorate your party room just let us know. 

Since we are a full service restaurant the health code does not allow outside food or beverage. Birthday cake or cupcakes are only allowed for any booked party. If you have a special dietary need, please reach out to your party planner so we can best accommodate your needs. 

We provide solid black tablecloths, reusable plates, cups, and silverware.

Events cancelled with more than 10 days notice are fully refundable You will received an in house credit of deposit for events canceled with less than 10 days and party may be transferred to a future date. 

A 20% service charge and all state and local applicable taxes are added to all events.
